A single, integrated ecosystem for the city and its sports facilities.

Securing a city and its sports venues means running a single system that combines street-level cameras, privacy-safe LiDAR sensing and centralised video management. CCTV Baltic delivers this as a ready-made i-PRO, Opsys Technologies and IONODES ecosystem — working the same way on the street as on match day at the stadium.

Safe City and Sports Facilities work when sensors, analytics, video management and response operate as a single system — on the street just as much as at a stadium on match day. CCTV Baltic integrates i-PRO cameras, Opsys Technologies LiDAR and the PERCEPT ecosystem from IONODES into a single, responsible, privacy-respecting platform, whilst at sports venues it adds CredoID access control in the venue's operational and VIP areas.

An integrated ecosystem

Four layers, working as one.

Every Baltic CCTV product plays a specific role in the Safe City and Sports Venues system — from street-level sensors, through stadium entry gates, to the operator in the control centre.

LAYER 01

Detect and record

Record everything that happens on the streets, at junctions, in public spaces and at sports venues on the day of the event — both visually and spatially.
LAYER 02

Identify and analyse

Turn raw video into searchable, actionable insights with Edge AI.
LAYER 04

Protect and respond

Provide officers and site security staff with evidence gathered from the scene, and at sports venues, control spectator access at the entrances.
How it works

From the CCTV camera on the street corner to the Crisis Management Centre.

The PERCEPT Gateway solution connects footage from body-worn and city-wide cameras with law enforcement agencies — cost-effectively, securely and without the need for an on-site IT specialist.

1

Connect

The PERCEPT gateway connects local i-PRO and ONVIF cameras at any location in just a few steps.

2

Manage

PERCEPT Cloud centralises device management and provides secure remote access to every gateway.

3

Take a look

The Genetec™ Security Center plug-in retrieves live or recorded footage on demand from any registered location.

4

Respond

The RTCC/SOC receives live feeds on the video wall and deploys officers equipped with body-worn cameras.

Why is ‘integrated’ better than ‘separately assembled’?

A Safe City and Sports Facilities should not be a jumble of products that just happen to share a network.

As CCTV Baltic manages the entire portfolio, the components are selected to work together — on the street just as much as at a stadium on match day: i-PRO metadata is fed into the VMS, Opsys LiDAR anonymously counts the crowd and provides privacy-safe movement intelligence, and the PERCEPT Gateway makes evidence available to the command centre — in stadiums, this is supplemented by CredoID access control in the venue's operational and VIP areas — all based on open standards, all from a single, reliable supplier.

The advantages of CCTV Baltic

What the city and venue operator gain.

One supplier
Liability

A single partner integrates city cameras, LiDAR and the PERCEPT ecosystem into one system — without passing the buck between three suppliers.

Pre-integrated
Faster delivery

Products selected for their proven compatibility with Genetec, Milestone and HID — lower integration risk, faster deployment.

Privacy and compliance
Public trust

LiDAR sensors anonymously count crowds on the street and in the stands without recording demographic data; open, auditable systems ensure that implementations remain compliant.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions.

Does modernising city surveillance require replacing existing cameras?

No. i-PRO X-Series cameras together with the AI Processing Relay add Edge AI analytics to your existing ONVIF camera infrastructure, whilst IONODES encoders bring analogue and older IP cameras into the same system. Modernisation happens in layers — without a costly one-off replacement of the entire camera network.

Is the system GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Opsys ALTOS LiDAR sensors don't record images or biometric data — only spatial data. Privacy Guard in i-PRO cameras masks private zones, and the whole ecosystem is designed on privacy-by-design principles, supporting GDPR compliance and the ISO/IEC 42001 AI management standard.

How does body-worn camera footage reach the management centre?

PERCEPT BC100/BC200 body-worn cameras dock into the PERCEPT Gateway, which automatically uploads footage to PERCEPT Cloud whilst preserving the chain of custody. A plugin for Genetec Security Center or Milestone XProtect makes this footage available to operators directly within the VMS they already use.

How much does the video analytics cost in this system?

i-PRO cameras don't charge recurring fees for built-in Edge AI analytics — the cost is one-off, included in the camera price. Smart Coding technology also cuts network bandwidth and storage use by up to 70%, lowering the system's running costs over time.
